3 Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use nadad88. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. During registration, you are required to confirm that you are 18 or older.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use nadad88:

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms simultaneously to guarantee a profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software to place bets or manage your account.
• Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets on behalf of others or using someone else's funds.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Nadad88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Where a self-exclusion request has been made by the user.

If an account is closed with no terms violations, any valid balance will be refunded. However, bonuses and suspicious winnings on accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
